Bodrum Golf & Leisure (BG&L) is interchangeable with Flamingo Country Club in terms of meaning, application and focus. The above websites and databases are referred to as BG&L in the following disclaimer.

Terms and Conditions of Use

Welcome to BG&L.  By using or accessing any of our BG&L sites or databases, you acknowledge that you agree to and are subject to the following terms and conditions . If you do not fully agree to these terms, you may not access or otherwise use our sites. You should read through all the Terms carefully. The Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BG&L.

1.  The BG&L Web Site and databases are a Venue

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT WE ARE NOT A PARTY TO ANY HOME EXCHANGE, BED AND BREAKFAST, HOSPITALITY OR RENTAL TRANSACTION. We do not own nor can we contract for any home exchange, bed and breakfast, hospitality or vacation rental property listed on BG&L.  Instead, BG&L acts as a venue to allow a member of BG&L on any of our sites to offer for exchange, either simultaneous or non simultaneous, bed and breakfast accommodation, hospitality either free or paying, a home for rent, referred to as a vacation rental,  in a variety of pricing formats, a specific vacation rental property to potential renters (each visitor (traveler) and collectively with a member). We are not involved in the actual transaction between travelers and members or members and other members.  As a result, the quality, safety or legality of the properties advertised, the truth or accuracy of the listings (including the content and photos thereof), the ability of members to exchange homes or rent vacation property or the ability of travelers to pay for vacation rental properties are solely the responsibility of the users.

2.  Personal Use

Although we do charge a fee to members to list their home exchanges, advertise their bed and breakfast, hospitality or vacation rental properties on BG&L, we do not charge travelers to access any BG&L site and research listings or information.  Accordingly, we grant users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access BG&L to, as applicable, list a home exchange or advertise bed and breakfast, hospitality and vacation rental properties and/or research, view or make legitimate inquiries to members regarding their interest in particular home exchange property, bed and breakfast accommodation, hospitality or vacation rental property for their personal use, all in accordance with these terms.  Any other use of BG&L is expressly prohibited. Importantly, this license does not include any right of collection, aggregation, copying, duplication, display or derivative use of BG&L nor any right of use of data mining, robots, spiders or similar data gathering and extraction tools without our prior written permission; provided, however, that a limited exception from the foregoing exclusion is provided to general purpose internet search engines and non-commercial public archives that use tools to gather information for the sole purpose of displaying hyperlinks to BG&L, provided they each do so from a stable IP address or range of IP addresses using an easily identifiable agent. General purpose internet search engine does not include a website or search engine or other service that provide classified listings or home exchange property, bed and breakfast, hospitality, rental advertisements, or any subset of the same, or which is in the business of providing these services.

3.  Information Accuracy

BG&L is not responsible for the accuracy of information supplied by the Home Exchange, Vacation Rental, Bed and Breakfast or Hospitality Property Owner.  We  have not personally visited each property that is advertised.  User verification on the Internet is difficult and we cannot and do not confirm each user's purported identity.  The Property Owner will assume full liability for any information listed in their ad created on BG&L. BG&L will not be responsible for any claim between the property owner and any renter, home exchanger or hospitality, bed and breakfast guest. Property Owners are encouraged to be as accurate as possible with information in their ad.  It is the responsibility of the Property Owner to preview all ads created by BG&L on their behalf, and have any inaccuracies corrected as soon as possible. We reserve the right to cancel any advertisement at any time the owner is proven to misrepresent the property advertised, in any way.

4.  Contacting Members

BG&L is not involved in any transaction between the renter, exchanger or guest of hospitality, B&B, home exchange and the property owner. All rentals exchanges, hospitality and B&B's will be handled directly between the renter/exchanger/guest and property owner. You are responsible for conducting your own investigation regarding any and all claims made by our vacation rental, B&B, hospitality or home exchange advertisers and by visitors or members that inquire about your exchange, rental, hospitality or bed and breakfast listing. None of the information contained on any BG&L website is warranted by any party. You assume all liability for use of any information you find on the BG&L web site and databases. We assume no responsibility and in no way warrant the accuracy of the home exchange, vacation rental, hospitality or bed and breakfast home listings (advertisements) contained on BG&L.

Home Exchangers, vacation renters and those seeking hospitality or bed and breakfast accommodations establish their own agreement between parties.

BG&L does not participate in negotiating the terms of any home exchange, vacation rental, hospitality or bed and breakfast agreement.  BG&L is not responsible in any way if a vacation rental, bed and breakfast, hospitality or home swap agreement is cancelled once it is agreed to by the two parties.  For anyone participating in a vacation rental, bed and breakfast or hospitality agreement, be aware of scams, never wire money, never agree to send a cashiers check.  We encourage renters to read our vacation rental guide before contacting vacation rental, hospitality or B&B advertisements.

5.  Third Party Sites

BG&L may contain links and pointers to other Internet sites, resources, and affiliate partners web sites. Links to and from BG&L to other third-party sites, maintained by third parties, do not constitute an endorsement by us of any third-party sites or the contents thereof.

6.  Spamming

BG&L does not participate in or tolerate the sending of Unsolicited Commercial E-mail (SPAM). BG&L reserves the right to cancel any member who uses the information found on this Web site for spamming purposes.

7.  Membership

BG&L reserves the right to reject or edit any vacation rental, hospitality, bed and breakfast or home exchange offer submitted at its discretion. Once material has been submitted, edited and posted on any BG&L web site, it becomes the property of BG&L Home and its affiliated Web sites and databases and may not be copied without written permission.
