This ground floor apartment offers views of the resort with sun loungers, table, chairs and sun umbrella where you can relax and enjoy private sun bathing. The main bedroom has a double bed, the second 2 single beds comfortably sleeping 4 guests. The double sofa bed in the lounge can also sleep a further 2 if required. The apartment is close to one of several large communal swimming pools with views across the resort to the hills and mountains beyond.
Two double bedrooms - master en-suite with double bed + 1 twin Family Bathrooms. Both settee's are sofa beds. We have dining seating for 4 + lounge seating for an additional 4 but maximum occupancy is 6. Linen and bath towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels. Our apartment also has a private garden area close to a communal outdoor pool (unheated). There is a communal tennis and basketball court on site. If you have young children you will be pleased to know that you have a childs play area close by.
This owner recommends: Quiet and peaceful yet only 40 minutes from Bodrum, our apartment has easy access to all resort amenities as well as bus links to Bodrum Town with its local markets, shops and many excellent restaurants for eating out. Hire a car (highly recommended) and you could explore more of the stunning peninsular and the Aegean coastline with its shoreline dotted by charming and peaceful fishing villages, or head to the local beaches at Gumbet or Bitez. One of our best recommendations is to head for Sunset Cafe just 300m up the road from Flamingo Country Club. The views are fantastic and the food and drink very affordable. |

Notes and Additional InformationQuiet and peaceful, yet only twenty minutes from Bodrum, the apartment has easy access to all amenities, including the local markets and many excellent restaurants for eating out. Bodrum / Lake Tuzla area Flamingo Country Club is a fabulous new development just 15 minutes from the airport and situated on the internationally protected nature reserve of Tuzla Lake. With lake and mountain views and the site being adjacent to the Aegean sea, it is both beautiful and picturesque in its location and the complex itself does full justice to its natural surroundings. Its facilities make it the number 1 holiday destination on the Bodrum peninsula. With its own private beach and jetty just minutes walk away, less than 5 minutes by car is the Vita Park Golf Resort boasting 2 fabulous world class golf courses. Both par 71, one has a Scottish Links feel to it whilst the other takes in the contours of the hills around the lakeside. The lake attracts a wide variety of flamingos, pelicans and other birds and wildlife enhancing the whole exotic location of this resort. One of the golf courses is open to non-members on a pay and play basis and the resort itself has its own driving range, clubhouse, restaurant and pro-shop, everything you would expect from a top class golf resort. Bodrum town is easily accessible and boasts a wide variety of attractions. Whether it be ancient history, ruins, cultural and historical places of interest, or shops, restaurants and bars, there is much going on in the town. The heart of the town is around the harbour and marina, but the local and daily market attracts all types and offers delicious local seafood and produce but also local goods such as leather, clothes, carpets, etc. There are several dive centres in Bodrum as the area is considered the prettiest on the Aegean for scuba diving and snorkelling. Boat trips either to secluded beaches or to one of the nearby Greek islands are also available. |
