The large modular 3 sided sofa offers plenty of room for 6 people to relax and listen to music or watch a film on the flat screen TV., there is a DVD player and ipod docking station so do take your own dvd’s and ipods etc.
The inside space leads via 2 sets of patio doors onto a large balcony with excellent sea views.
The balcony has a rectangular table with 6 chairs and is covered with a pergola to create some shade. A generous cloakroom is at the rear of the property along with front door which leads to the private covered parking space to the side of the property.

Sweeping down the wide marble staircase to the ground floor, there are 3 double bedrooms, 2 of which overlook the pool and gardens with views of the sea beyond. The master bedroom has a King size bed and there is an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower fittings. There is also a family bathroom with shower. On the ground floor is there is a private pool with marble terrace. Sunloungers and large colourful cushions are supplied. A side gate gives access to the front of the property and the car parking space.
On the second (top) floor there is an additional smaller kitchen area with a further fridge, cupboards and sink and access onto a large roof terrace with outstanding panoramic views of the Aegean Sea. Part of the roof terrace is covered with a pergola creating that necessary shade in the height of the summer. This is a perfect place to sit at the end of the day and watch the sun setting over the sea.
