For those of you who have purchased on the resorts of Royal Heights, Lake View, Turquoise, Lakeside Garden and Flamingo Country Club I & II, we have launched an Owner Community which is designed to provide a framework for communicating and sharing information and experiences with other members

It is also a great way to make new friends and to network. Currently we have 314 members and this grows weekly.

To join the community and gain access to the Owners Areas on this website you must:

Own property or be buying property on any of the resorts built by Artev Global on Tuzla Lake
Register your ownership and property details here

There is absolutely no valid reason not to join our owner community. When a client buys into any complex, large or small, it is often very difficult to liaise with other owners or even the resort or complex management team. When things go wrong, as they often can, it becomes very difficult to resolve even simple issues. An Owner Community gives you a voice. It looks after common interests i.e. things that effect us all. A large owners group also has buying power - for example in the negotiation of marketing support, advertising, insurance, furniture, property services, rentals etc.
