| There is absolutely no valid reason not to join our owner community. When a client buys into any complex, large or small, it is often very difficult to liaise with other owners or even the resort or complex management team. When things go wrong, as they often can, it becomes very difficult to resolve even simple issues. An Owner Community gives you a voice. It looks after common interests i.e. things that effect us all. A large owners group also has buying power - for example in the negotiation of marketing support, advertising, insurance, furniture, property services, rentals etc. | ||
